Activities
During the visit, the children will discover the works of Benni Bosetto (b. 1987, Merate; lives and works in Milan), whose art explores dreams and storytelling through a highly imaginative visual language. Drawing, sculpture, installation and performance intertwine as she blends visual and cultural references from past and present. The result is a series of layered narratives where different times and places appear to overlap. Her inspirations range from literature and anthropology to popular culture, cinema, psychoanalysis and art history, giving tangible form to both personal and collective memories.
During the workshop activity, the students will be encouraged to take inspiration from Bosetto’s art and from the essential elements of fairy-tales, and invent new stories of their own, guided by their imagination and creativity.
