Laure Prouvost. GDM – Grand Dad’s Visitor Center

The volume accompanies Prouvost’s first major solo show in Italy: reflecting on the meaning of art institutions and the legacy of an artist work, the publication echoes the project and encompasses different sources of inspiration for the GDM – Grand Dad’s Visitor Center, and in a broader sense for Prouvost’s oeuvre. The book includes contributions by Anna Goetz and the Curator Roberta Tenconi, together with entries on examples of other individual and amatorial “museums” that inspired the GDM project written by Barbara Casavecchia, Giulia Grappoli and Stefano Vittorini.
