Giorgio Andreotta Calò. CITTÀDIMILANO

Following Giorgio Andreotta Calò’s solo show at Pirelli HangarBicocca, the monographic publication focuses on the artist’s sculptural practice and research into space, and presents a selection of his works conceived over the course of twenty years. The publication opens with essays by Mara Ambrožič and Emanuele Quinz, by Riccardo Venturi, and by the show’s curator Roberta Tenconi. In addition, detailed entries on each work and series of sculptures are interspersed with a lavish set of illustrations that includes images of the works on display at Pirelli HangarBicocca as well as previously unpublished and archive materials.
