A lecture with Antonio Riccardi

The poems of the Milanese poet Antonio Riccardi, published in the collection Gli Impianti del dovere e della guerra (Garzanti, 2004), are devoted to the rituals of work and to the landscapes of Sesto San Giovanni. In a meeting with the public, Riccardi will illustrate his vision of the factory-city and the transformations that have swept through the district and through the now-lost industrial world that inspired his poems. The verses, which enter into a dialogue with the themes and atmospheres of some of the works in “CITTÀDIMILANO”, have been recorded by the poet and visitors can listen to them on headphones on the evening of Thursday 20 June and from Friday 21 to Sunday 23 June 2019, from 10 AM to 10 PM.
